The sound of the sea in your ears, fine sand under your feet and an endless expanse with a clear view to the horizon. The Baltic coast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania satisfies the desire for freedom and the sea. And inland, a blue paradise awaits you with some 2,000 lakes and 18,000 kilometers of streams and rivers. There are many ways to explore this unique land. For example, you can go on a bike tour along the coast, take a walk along one of the many lakes or spend the night in one of the impressive houses of the seaside resort architecture.
