Tiny houses are in vogue, but the "Hyt" is even more unusual: Guests of the Wildberghof can choose the place where the mobile barn house is parked for their overnight stay. Up to five people can sleep in the design award-winning "Hyt".

The Wild mountain farm Buchet is located near Deggendorf at an altitude of 1000 meters on the Hirschenstein and has the largest deer reserve in the Bavarian Forest Nature Park.

Guests can choose their sleeping place individually and are there all alone. The barn cottage can be parked anywhere on the farm grounds - at the edge of the forest, pony enclosure, pond or meadows with mountain views. The "Hyt" is comfortably equipped like a hotel room with toilet, washing facilities and wood stove.

Unique experience in the forest: only since summer 2019 there are trekking sites in the Franconian Forest Nature Park. They are located in the middle of the forest, away from forest roads and roads, and are accessible only by hiking trails. A maximum of four tents may be pitched and always only for one night.

To the three Trekking places in the Franconian Forest several more are to be added. In the north, near the Rennsteig between Ludwigsstadt and Kleintettau, is the Kobach site. In the east of the nature park, near Geroldsgrün in the Geroldsgrün forest above the Langenau valley, is the Rehwiese site. On the highest mountain of the Franconian Forest, on the Döbraberg near Schwarzenbach am Wald, is the Döbraberg course.

After a long hike through the "wilderness" you can now officially pitch your tent on a trekking site - and spend the night among beech and spruce trees and under the stars. The sites are equipped with wooden platforms and ground areas for four tents, a fireplace with seating, firewood, water barrel with service water and weather-protected outdoor toilet. Campers must bring their own drinking water, toilet paper and food!

Sleep in trees, hover above the forest floor and be awakened by birdsong: This childhood dream comes true in the tree house hotel. The four tree houses are made of local wood and built with traditional techniques, shingled and partly egg-shaped. With a size of just under 40 square meters, they consist of two separate bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, heating, veranda and roof terrace.

The Tree house hotel belongs to a vacation and farmhouse, which is situated alone on a hill at the edge of the Kemptner Forest near Betzigau in the district of Oberallgäu.

The concept is based on environmental compatibility and sustainability. The tree houses are located so that peace and seclusion are guaranteed. Interesting is the farm where children can experience a lot.

A one-of-a-kind in the garden: in the past, 8000 liters of Silvaner ripened here, but today lovers enjoy a cozy double bed, red and white curtains, heating and seating in the restored wine barrel.

Forest, water and luxury: The five tree houses are grouped around a small natural swimming lake and are connected by footbridges - at a height of five meters. The luxurious features of the cottages in solid wood frame construction include a 20-square-meter terrace lounge with lake view, a heated outdoor whirlpool on the non-visible back terrace and convenient access via wide stairs. 

The Tree house hotel is located in Jetzendorf in the southwest of the Pfaffenhofen district about 38 kilometers north of Munich.

Here, several dreams come true during an overnight stay: to inhabit a house on the lake with its own bathing access, to sleep in the trees and not to have to do without any comforts during your vacation. Breakfast is brought to the tree house, which is equipped with chic furniture, Wi-Fi and private bathroom. Good news for dog owners: dogs are also welcome in one of the five tree houses.

Natural materials adapted to the natural surroundings: ponds, trees, forests, fields and gently undulating meadows make up the Lower Bavarian landscape into which the Hafnerleiten estate nestles with its award-winning themed house concept. Garden house, earth house, terrace house, tree house or water house with its own bathing lake: The Hofgut has its own refuge for every element and feeling with perfect retreats. This also includes wellness cubes and the new offer forest bathing. The landlord started a cooking school many years ago and spoils his guests daily in the courtyard of the main house.

They are Bavaria's only floating vacation homes, moored to a jetty, certified with four stars: the 19 water villas of the Eco Lodges on the Brombachsee. Hotel and Yogi Loft: Raitenbuch Castle stands out as a small fine hotel with its own yoga studio. With a focus on yoga, there are different classes every day for beginners as well as experienced yoginis and yogis, as well as longer retreats, seminars and workshops with various teachers.

Hotel Schloss Raitenbuch is located on a rock in Kallmünz about 25 kilometers north of Regensburg. Expressionist painters Wassily Kandinsky and Gabriele Münter called the town on the Naab River the "Pearl of the Naab Valley" because of its winding gasses and artists' studios.

Large rooms with four-poster bed or private grand piano: The rooms are individually and comfortably furnished, always with a touch of exclusive castle atmosphere. This also includes the staircase gallery, where contemporary art is presented, and the hotel's own massage room. Hotel guests who play on the six golf courses in the surrounding area or are out and about on the hiking and biking routes are also delighted with the massage services.

High-alpine feelings in the Bavarian foothills of the Alps: In a valley basin between rock faces and an unobstructed view to the south of the main Alpine ridge, the Stie-Alm invites you to "sleep above the daily grind," including digital detox, because there is neither Internet nor cell phone reception.

Experience original mountain hut feeling: The shared rooms and mattress dormitories are rustic and small, the beds covered with checkered bedding. In the own alpine dairy, guests can see how mountain cheese is made and what is used for it from the herb garden. Many hiking trails lead past the Stie-Alm and its own mountain chapel, in the immediate vicinity around the "circus kettle" there are many climbing tours.

First it was a Benedictine convent, then a castle, and since 2011 it has been a hotel: instead of austerity and abstinence, the former Holzen Monastery Vacation with pleasure and conviviality, but also rest and relaxation - spiritual combines with secular. The ambience is stylish, simplicity, clarity and authenticity dominate.

There is much to do in and around the monastery: On offer are massages and osteopathy, herbal walks, a monastery forest with grotto and forest nature trail, animal enclosures, the monastery's own beehives, the monastery inn with historic vaults and beer garden. The baroque monastery church on the Karlsberg fascinates with stucco work, ceiling frescoes and reliquaries. Health resort, nature hotel, small village: The Tannerhof was created around ten years ago from a former sanatorium and has won various awards for its nature-oriented architecture and energy concept. A medical couple runs the hotel, which specializes in movement, health and body treatments.

Those who want to do something good for their health will find many offers here that also go beyond wellness - from dietary changes to yoga coaching to art therapies. The room categories range from the simple "Kammerl" to the Hüttenturm and spread a cozy atmosphere with old furniture uniques and views of nature. Hiking and biking trails lead from the hotel into and through the Bavarian mountains.

The Alpine lodges are rustic chalets with luxury equipment and quite a lot of privacy. But at the same time they belong to the Panoramahotel Oberjoch. In the immediate vicinity of the mountain chalets, which are located in a sunny high valley, there are countless hiking, climbing and mountain biking opportunities.

Oberjoch is located at an altitude of 1200 meters and belongs to the climatic health resort and Kneipp spa Bad Hindelang in the Upper Allgäu - not far from the border with Austria.

The lodges are between 40 and 125 square meters in size and some even have their own sauna. Guests are welcome in the 3,000-square-meter alpine spa, the three restaurants and the bar of the 4-star superior wellness hotel - if one wants to leave the cozy chalets, which were built with quite a lot of wood and other natural materials and very tastefully furnished, at all.
